Creative Director


You’re a senior designer/manager who loves visual identity work. As the Creative Director, you will make a difference by supporting and evolving our visual brand, creating sales and marketing materials and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. 


In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
  • Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your strategy
  • Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls
  • Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to create engaging collateral for market
  • Maintain a high standard of design output, reviewing work and writing detailed alt text to comply with accessibility guidelines
  • Create the optimal visual solution for each brief and work closely with non-design team members to achieve the best outcomes
  • Design corporate and proposition documents for the senior leadership team and work closely with them to achieve the best design outcomes


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years design experience
  • Developing, communicating, and evolving brand guidelines
  • Experience leading visual design of web and brand identity
  • Exceptional written English skills
  • Excellent communication skills and highly motivated
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely with teams in multiple time zones
  • Develop outstanding creative that engage audiences
  • Extensive experience with Powerpoint
  • Experience in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Jira and Confluence favourable, but not essential
  • Designing infographics, testing and preparing images for online platforms
  • Basic animation is favourable, but not essential

  • Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
